Dear Resident -
On Monday May 4th, you received via e-mail the package for our 2026 AGM on May 20th.
Two applicants for available board positions were listed in the package. However, two other applicants, because of submission discrepancies, were not listed. So, we have four positions available and four applicants to fill them, giving us five board members who will serve. You can now find bio information for each applicant on our website at www.VillageonHarvestCreek.com

At the AGM, the community will vote on who fills the following four terms, with larger vote-getters receiving the longer terms:
- one three-year term
- one three-year term
- one two-year term
- one one-year term
If you cannot attend the AGM, please submit your proxy form to any board director for inclusion.

We hope you plan to attend this year’s AGM at the St. Davids Lions Club on Wednesday, May 20. Sign‑in begins at 6:30 p.m., with the meeting starting at 7 p.m. If you are unable to attend, please submit your proxy form to any Board member for inclusion.
